Shipping

Rocky Mountain Music Group ships most everything with the USPS, although occasionally we may substitute Fed-ex UPS for some shipments at our option. You will be notified once a product has been shipped and by what carrier it was shipped. If a tracking number is available you will also receive the tracking number.

RMMG is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments in any way.

International orders purchased with a credit card will only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card. No Exceptions.

Downloadable products are available once the order has been verified (this occurs at the time of the order for paypal and credit card orders). Downloads are available at a later date by logging into your account. Once the downloads are made available you have 7 days to download your product. If your download fails, you are given up to 3 tries within the 7 day period. If you have trouble downloading, please contact us on our contact page.

Returns

We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive, but in event you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a replacement or full refund. We issure refunds using the same payment as was used to place the order. We do not reimburse for shipping costs.

For downloaded products there are no returns. The only exception is if you are unable to download the product that you purchased.

To return an item, please contact us on our contact page to request an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number simply ship the product back to us with the RMA number on the shipment. Once we receive the return we will send out a replacement or issue a refund as requested. .
